Care and hospitality near Namdaemun
Great location—easy to reach by limousine bus and close to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Namdaemun, and Myeongdong. The room was clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. If you’re staying on a higher floor, the view is definitely a bonus! As a Japanese-style hotel, the bathroom is separated from the bidet. Breakfast was varied, offering both Western and Korean options. The staff at the reception were really kind—when I wasn’t feeling well, they helped me find the nearest pharmacy and even printed all the info I needed to get there. Truly appreciated their care and hospitality!

Everything! Fantastic place to stay in Seoul, because a lot of touristic places are near. Very clean hotel. The best view from the window of your room.
The room could be a bit bigger. BUT, I saw much smaller rooms, so not a big a problem

Interesting views of downtown Seoul and conveniently located to subway and shopping.
Cost for toothpaste and brush...many other hotels do not charge a fee for extra toiletries.

What was the highlight of Hotel Gracery Seoul
Didn’t want to leave! Must visit hotel.
It was outstanding! This hotel is exceptional, the facilities, confort, the cleanliness, the staff (was so friendly and hard working), the entire experience was immaculate! The quality of this hotel is simply gorgeous, location made it easy to get about and explore the area. Also it was really close to City Hall and right in front of the hotel you had the station for bus limousine that take you directly to Incheon airport. So I could not recommend this hotel more highly! Bonus tip: if you have the chance to stay at Gracery, try to update your room.....the view is breathtaking, no matter if it's daytime or nightime. And just book it. :)
